What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa. We do not accept American Express.

We also accept payment by PayPal.

If you decide to use PayPal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal checkout window where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://squidinkstamps.com.au/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

When will my order arrive?

Once the order has been approved and paid for, we will begin manufacturing your stamp. Manufacturing usually occurs 0-1 days after receiving your payment. If your stamp requires a custom wooden block, this can add an extra day to the manufacture time.

On average, our customers receive their order 3 days after payment if in Adelaide, or 7 days for other parts of Australia.

We will provide tracking so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

How much is shipping?

At this stage, we charge a flat rate of $10 to ship in Australia.

Shipping usually costs depend on the items you’ve ordered and the state it is being delivered to, but we are trying to keep this cost to a minimum.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

We can also send tracking info via SMS if we have your mobile number on file at the time of updating the order.

You can use the Returns page to provide photos/ a description of the issue - we will review and be in contact with you.
